Costume viewing is available daily, strictly by appointment only.  Please contact Patrice (202-378-7523 or 301-445-1021) for viewing and availability.

What's included in your package...

• One (1) costume for the D.C Caribbean Carnival 2010 parade of the bands,
• Free non-alcoholic drinks for the entire length of the parade,
• A wristband for free entry into Banneker Park,
• Participation in the Baltimore Carnival 2010 parade of the bands (optional with additional band fee)

• Download the PDF Registration form and mail.
• Completely fill ALL fields of the Pre-Registration form online and submit.

NOTE: A minimum NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to register

• Sending a Pre-Registration form DOES NOT guarantee a space in a section.
• Registration is NOT complete without the $75 deposit.
• Balances can be paid in one lump sum or installments before the day of costume pick-up.  Please contact Patrice to set up payment plans.
• There is a $45.00 charge on all returned checks.
